A whole-project final clean
Use post construction cleaning for a completed interior project spanning several rooms, an addition or an ADU. Describe the areas being handed over, remaining punch-list work, construction residue and any surfaces with particular care instructions. Bulky debris, active trades and hazardous materials are outside the final interior cleaning scope.
A focused clean after a remodel
Use remodel cleaning for a finished kitchen, bathroom or other room renovation. Identify the renovated area and any adjoining spaces that need attention. In an occupied home, explain what remains furnished, which belongings limit access and which rooms should be left outside the cleaning scope.
The same readiness questions apply
Both requests need a clear project stage, usable access and an identified person who can approve the work. Share the requested cleaning date and any fixed handover deadline. A service description helps frame the request; the accepted tasks and timing still depend on assessment.
