A kitchen renovation, bathroom update or other room remodel can leave an occupied home with two different needs: attention to the finished space and cleaning in the adjacent areas affected by the work. Identify those needs separately so the requested scope follows the actual condition of the home. Describe what was replaced or installed, whether the room is ready for normal use and what remains on its surfaces. Mention cabinet interiors, shelves, fixtures and flooring where attention is requested. If some items still have protective coverings or are awaiting installer sign-off, identify them before any cleaning arrangements are made. Bravo Maids provides the cleaning services. The initial inquiry gives the information needed to assess the work, finishes and available timing. It is not an automatic booking for every surface named in the request.
A room-specific request should say whether the adjoining hallway, living area or other rooms are part of the proposed clean. Dust beyond the renovation area is worth describing, but the rest of the home does not become included simply because it is nearby. Clear boundaries help everyone discuss the same task.
In a furnished home, explain where furniture and belongings restrict access. Identify areas that are occupied during the proposed visit and any rooms that should remain closed. Do not assume furniture moving, sorting personal items or emptying storage is part of the cleaning request. Those arrangements need to be addressed before work is agreed.
A larger project spanning a completed addition or multiple rooms may be better described as post construction cleaning. Either way, name the spaces and conditions rather than relying on a service title to communicate the full scope.
New cabinets, counters, tile and flooring can have specific care requirements. Share the material names and mention installer or manufacturer instructions where you have them. Areas that are not ready for cleaning need to be identified, even when the surrounding room is finished.
Adhesive marks, paint spots and grout residue need individual assessment. Describe where they appear and what surface is underneath. Their presence does not mean removal is included or that a particular treatment is suitable. Avoid testing aggressive removal methods simply to make the room appear ready for the visit.
Cleaning does not repair scratches, resolve installation defects or restore damaged finishes. Hazardous-material handling and specialist restoration are outside this offer. If the residue is unknown, say so rather than guessing at its cause or treating it as ordinary dust.
Confirm whether the last sanding, drilling and cutting inside are finished. Small remaining jobs can still affect the proposed cleaning area. Tell us about punch-list work, further deliveries and anyone expected to return after the cleaning date you request.
Where the home remains occupied, describe the available access window and any rooms needed for daily use. Include parking, building access and relevant work-hour restrictions. Keep sensitive entry credentials out of the initial message; arrangements for access can be agreed through an appropriate channel.
If the date is tied to moving back into the room or receiving furniture, make that milestone clear. Availability is assessed against the project details. A preferred date on the form does not reserve a cleaning appointment.
Include the property location, approximate size of the affected area and the type of remodel. Separate the renovated room from any adjacent rooms you want considered. Describe whether each area is empty or furnished and whether there are belongings that limit access.
Name the person who can approve the scope and explain if the payer or access contact is someone else. Add the expected completion date, the requested cleaning window and any fixed deadline. A concise description of what remains is more useful than choosing a cleaning method in advance.
Use the request form to begin the assessment. Scope, suitability and timing need to be agreed before work is confirmed. The frequently asked questions cover the most common questions about readiness and the difference between an inquiry and an appointment.
Yes. Describe that room and any surfaces you want considered. If adjacent areas also need attention, identify them separately so the requested boundary is clear before scope assessment.
Describe the occupied areas, access window and any furniture or belongings that limit access. Suitability depends on the project and the proposed scope; occupied-home access should be assessed before a visit is agreed.
No task should be assumed from the service name alone. Say which interiors need attention and whether they are empty and accessible. The actual cleaning scope is confirmed after assessment.
Share the rooms, project stage and handover date. Bravo Maids will assess the cleaning scope and availability.
