Final-clean readiness
Check remaining trade work, room boundaries and surface condition before requesting a final clean.
Final interior cleaning after completed construction or remodeling.
San Diego Post Construction CleaningAnswers to common questions before you request final interior cleaning.
Send the expected completion and handover dates while planning the project. Before a cleaning visit can be confirmed, explain whether dust-producing work is finished, bulky debris has been removed and the rooms can be accessed safely. If a date changes, the cleaning arrangements need to be assessed.
Those are useful project types to describe in a request. Include the rooms, floor area, finish materials and remaining residue. The project type alone does not establish an accepted scope; Bravo Maids assesses the actual condition, access and timing.
No. A request starts an assessment of scope and availability. The date you enter is your requested timing. A cleaning appointment exists only after the arrangements have been agreed separately.
Cleaning services are provided by Bravo Maids. This site focuses on completed construction and remodel projects in San Diego, with the project details assessed before service is confirmed.
Bulky construction debris and waste removal are outside this final interior cleaning scope. Arrange their removal with the responsible party, and describe any remaining material before requesting cleaning.
Removal cannot be assumed. The finish, material and type of residue need assessment. Paint, adhesive and grout residue may require a separate decision, and defects or damage are not cleaning tasks.
Tell Bravo Maids before arrangements are confirmed. Further work can create more dust or marks. A later visit is a separate scope and availability decision; it is not automatically included.
Share the rooms, project stage and handover date. Bravo Maids will assess the cleaning scope and availability.
